The lighting device includes a lens unit mounted on a vehicle body and a light source unit embedded in the lens unit and hidden in the lens unit or configured to radiate light to the lens unit.

A lighting method for a vehicle, comprising:
- implementing a detection unit for detecting an environment around a vehicle body;
- and
- implementing a controller for rotating a light source unit hidden in a lens unit or radiating light to the lens unit in response to a detection signal to the controller.
