Abstract
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an adhesion improver that is to be used for an edible base material for cell culturing and contains an edible and non-lethal animal-derived component, a cell culturing scaffold material containing the adhesion improver, a tissue body containing the cell culturing scaffold material, etc. A cell culturing scaffold material suitable for the production of a cultured meat can be produced by applying an adhesion improver containing an edible and non-lethal animal-derived component to an edible base material for cell culturing.
