Composition and photosensitive composition

A photosensitive composition comprising:

• at least one photopolymerizable compound (A);
• inorganic fine particles (B);
• and an initiating agent (C),
• the at least one photopolymerizable compound (A) including a compound of Formula (A1):
• (Ra01—Xa01—Ra02)ma1—Ara01—C(═O)—Ara02—(Ra03—Xa02—Ra04)ma2 (A1)
• wherein Ara01 is an aromatic group having 6 or more and 12 or less carbon atoms, having a valence of ma1+1, and optionally substituted with one or more selected from the group consisting of an alkyl group having 1 or more and 5 or less carbon atoms, a cyano group, and a halogen atom, Ara02 is an aromatic group having 6 or more and 12 or less carbon atoms, having a valence of ma2+1, and optionally substituted with one or more selected from the group consisting of an alkyl group having 1 or more and 5 or less carbon atoms, a cyano group, and a halogen atom, Ra01 and Ra04 are each independently a radically polymerizable group-containing group or a cationically polymerizable group-containing group, Xa01 and Xa02 are each independently O or S, Ra02 and Ra03 are each independently an alkylene group, ma1 is an integer of 1 or more and 3 or less, and ma2 is an integer of 0 or more and 3 or less.

A compound of Formula (A1-1):

• (Ra01—Xa01—Ra02)ma1—Ara01—C(═O)—Ara02—(Ra03—Xa02—Ra04)ma2 (A1-1)
• wherein Ara01 is an aromatic group having 6 or more and 12 or less carbon atoms, having a valence of ma1+1, and optionally substituted with one or more selected from the group consisting of an alkyl group having 1 or more and 5 or less carbon atoms, a cyano group, and a halogen atom, Ara02 is an aromatic group having 6 or more and 12 or less carbon atoms, having a valence of ma2+1, and optionally substituted with one or more selected from the group consisting of an alkyl group having 1 or more and 5 or less carbon atoms, a cyano group, and a halogen atom, Ra01 and RaC4 are each independently a radically polymerizable group-containing group or a cationically polymerizable group-containing group, Xa01 and Xa02 are each independently O or S, Ra02 and Ra03 are each independently an alkylene group, ma1 is an integer of 1 or more and 3 or less, and ma2 is an integer of 0 or more and 3 or less,
• provided that when ma1 is 1, ma2 is 0, Ara01 is a p-phenylene group, Ara02 is a phenyl group, and Ra01 is a (meth)acryloyl group, the group represented by —Xa01—Ra02— is neither —O—CH2— nor —O—CH2CH2—,
• when ma1 is 1, ma2 is 0, Ara01 is a m-phenylene group, Ara02 is a phenyl group, and Ra01 is a (meth)acryloyl group, the group represented by —Xa01—Ra02— is not —O—CH2—, and
• when ma1 is 1, ma2 is 1, Ara01 and Ara02 are simultaneously p-phenylene groups, and Ra01 and Ra04 are simultaneously (meth)acryloyl groups, neither the group represented by —Xa01—Ra02— nor the group represented by —Xa02—Ra03— is —O—CH2CH2—.
