Abstract
Provided is a pharmaceutical composition for use in the treatment or prevention of cancer, etc. The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition or a method for treating cancer, wherein an anti-GARP antibody and an immunomodulator are administered in combination.

A pharmaceutical composition for cancer treatment comprising an antibody having the following characteristics (1) to (3) or an antigen binding fragment thereof, and an immunomodulator which are administered in combination:
- (1) specifically binding to glycoprotein-A repetitions predominant (GARP),
- (2) having inhibitory activity against an immunosuppressive function of regulatory T cells, and
- (3) having antibody dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) activity.
A method for treating cancer, comprising administering an antibody having the following characteristics (1) to (3) or an antigen binding fragment thereof, and an immunomodulator in combination:
- (1) specifically binding to glycoprotein-A repetitions predominant (GARP),
- (2) having inhibitory activity against an immunosuppressive function of regulatory T cells, and
- (3) having antibody dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) activity.
