A compound of Formula I, or a racemate, a stereoisomer, a tautomer, an isotopically labeled compound, an N-oxide, a solvate, a polymorph, a metabolite, an ester, a prodrug or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:
- wherein
- Ra is selected from H, —R, —C(═O)R or —C(═O)OR;
- Rb is selected from H, —R, —C(═O)R or —C(═O)OR;
- or Rb is attached to N in N—R3 to form a ring structure
- and in this case R3 is absent, Rb is selected from
- or a (C1-C12) aliphatic hydrocarbylene optionally substituted with one, two or more Rc, and Ra is as defined above;
- provided that Ra and Rb are not both H;
- R is selected from a (C1-C20) aliphatic hydrocarbyl group, a (C1-C20) aliphatic hydrocarbyl group optionally containing one, two or more heteroatoms, a C3-12 cycloalkyl group, a 3-12 membered heterocyclyl group, a C6-14 aryl group or a 5-14 membered heteroaryl group, optionally substituted with one, two or more Rc;
