• b is or 0, 1, 2 or 3;
• Y is
• substituted aryl, heteroaryl or substituted heteroaryl;
• R8 is —H, —C(O)NR16R17, —CH2OC(O)NR18R19, —NR20R21, —CH2NR22R23 or —SO2R24R25;
• R9 is —H, —C(O)NR26R27, —CH2OC(O)NR28R29, —NR30R31, —CH2NR32R33 or —SO2R34R35;
• R10 is —H, —C(O)NR36R37, —CH2OC(O)NR38R39, —NR40R41, —CH2NR42R43 or —SO2R44R45;
• R11 is alkyl, substituted alkyl alkenyl, substituted alkenyl, heteroalkyl, substituted heteroalkyl, heteroalkenyl or substituted heteroalkenyl;
• R16 and R17 together with the atoms to which they are attached form a heterocyclic or substituted heterocyclic ring;
• R18 and R19 together with the atoms to which they are attached form a heterocyclic or substituted heterocyclic ring;
• R20 and R21 together with the atoms to which they are attached form a heterocyclic or substituted heterocyclic ring;
• R22 and R23 together with the atoms to which they are attached form a heterocyclic or substituted heterocyclic ring;
• R24 and R25 together with the atoms to which they are attached form a heterocyclic or substituted heterocyclic ring;
• R26 and R27 together with the atoms to which they are attached form a heterocyclic or substituted heterocyclic ring;

• R76, R77, R78, or R79 are independently alkyl, substituted alkyl alkenyl, substituted alkenyl, heteroalkyl, substituted heteroalkyl, heteroalkenyl or substituted heteroalkenyl or alternatively, R76 and R77 together with the atoms to which they are attached form a heterocyclic or substituted heterocyclic ring or R78 and R79 together with the atoms to which they are attached form a heterocyclic or substituted heterocyclic ring;
• and
• R80 is alkyl, substituted alkyl, alkenyl, substituted alkenyl, aryl, substituted aryl, heteroalkyl, substituted heteroalkyl, heteroalkenyl, substituted heteroalkenyl, aryl or substituted aryl;
• provided that at least one of R8-R10 is not —H.
