A compound of Chemical Formula 1:
- wherein, in Chemical Formula 1,
- R1 is —CnF2n+1,
- n is an integer from 1 to 20,
- R2 is hydrogen;
- deuterium;
- a halogen group;
- an ester group;
- or a substituted or unsubstituted straight-chained or branched alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms,
- r2 is an integer from 1 to 4, and
- when r2 is 2 or higher, two or more R2's are the same as or different from each other.

A method for preparing a compound of Chemical Formula 1, the method including:
- (s1) introducing Chemical Formula A, CnF2n+1X, trialkyltin hydride and a solvent, and stirring the resulting mixture under nitrogen gas;
- and
- (s2) adding a radical initiator thereto and stirring the resulting mixture:
- wherein, in Step (s1), Chemical Formula A and Chemical Formula 1,
- R1 is —CnF2n+1,
- n is an integer from 1 to 20,
- R2 is hydrogen;
- deuterium;
- a halogen group;
- an ester group;
- or a substituted or unsubstituted straight-chained or branched alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms,
- r2 is an integer from 1 to 4,
- when r2 is 2 or higher, two or more R2's are the same as or different from each other, and
- X is a halogen group.
