Abstract
A cutter includes a head with an upper jaw, a lower jaw and an upper handle and lower handle coupled to the head. The upper jaw includes a single cutting blade. The lower jaw includes a pair of cutting blades with a channel between the pair of cutting blades. When the head of the cutter is in a closed position, the cutting blade of the upper jaw is positioned in the channel of the lower jaw.

A bolt cutter comprising:
- a head, the head comprising:
- an upper jaw comprising a first cutting blade;
- and
- a lower jaw comprising:
- a second cutting blade;
- and
- a third cutting blade;
- a lower handle coupled to the upper jaw;
- and
- an upper handle coupled to the lower jaw.

- an upper jaw comprising a first cutting blade;

- a lower jaw comprising:
- a second cutting blade;
- a third cutting blade;
