chemical aspects of, or use of materials for deodorisation of air, for disinfection or sterilisation, or for bandages, dressings, absorbent pads or surgical articles A61L; soap compositions C11D) - A61P: SPECIFIC THERAPEUTIC ACTIVITY OF CHEMICAL COMPOUNDS OR MEDICINAL PREPARATIONS ## Abstract A method of treating prostate cancer in a patient comprising administering to the patient a pharmaceutical composition including a first therapeutic including a TLK1B inhibitor, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, ester, amide, clathrate, stereoisomer, enantiomer, prodrug or analog thereof, and a second therapeutic including an antiandrogen or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, ester, amide, clathrate, stereoisomer, enantiomer, prodrug or analog thereof. ## Claims ### Claim 1 A pharmaceutical composition comprising: (a) a first therapeutic comprising a TLK1B inhibitor, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, ester, amide, clathrate, stereoisomer, enantiomer, prodrug or analog thereof, wherein the TLK1B inhibitor is a phenothiazine (PTH) antipsychotic selected from the group consisting of: Thioridazine (THD), Perphenazine (PPH), Trifloroperazine (TFP), Promazine (PMZ), 4-(2-(10H-phenothiazin-10-yl) ethyl) morpholine (J54), 10-methyl-10H-phenothiazine (J56), J3-50, J3-51, J3-54, J3-55, JS-56, J3-65, and J3-66; and (b) a second therapeutic including an antiandrogen or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, ester, amide, clathrate, stereoisomer, enantiomer, prodrug or analog thereof. ### Claim 2 (depends on 1) The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 wherein the antiandrogen is one of bicalutamide, aminoglutethimide, ketoconazole, abiraterone acetate, enzalutamide, and apalutamide. ### Claim 3 (depends on 1) The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 wherein the antiandrogen is bicalutamide. ### Claim 4 (depends on 1) The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 wherein the TLK1B inhibitor is J54 and the antiandrogen is one of bicalutamide, aminoglutethimide, ketoconazole, abiraterone acetate, enzalutamide, and apalutamide. ### Claim 5 (depends on 1) The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 wherein the TLK1B inhibitor is J54 and the antiandrogen is bicalutamide. ### Claim 6 (depends on 1) The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 wherein the TLK1B inhibitor is J3-66 and the antiandrogen is one of bicalutamide, aminoglutethimide, ketoconazole, abiraterone acetate, enzalutamide, and apalutamide. ### Claim 7 (depends on 1) The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 wherein the TLK1B inhibitor is J3-66 and the antiandrogen is bicalutamide. ### Claim 8 (depends on 1) The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 further comprising an excipient. ### Claim 9 (depends on 1) The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 wherein the pharmaceutical composition is in the form of a tablet, a capsule, a liquid solution or suspension, a powder, a liquid, or solid crystals. ### Claim 10 A pharmaceutical composition comprising: (a) a first therapeutic comprising a phenothiazine (PTH) antipsychotic selected from the group consisting of: Thioridazine (THD), Perphenazine (PPH), Trifloroperazine (TFP), Promazine (PMZ), 4-(2-(10H-phenothiazin-10-yl) ethyl) morpholine (J54), 10-methyl-10H-phenothiazine (J56), J3-50, J3-51, J3-54, J3-55, JS-56, J3-65, and J3-66; and (b) a second therapeutic including an antiandrogen or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, ester, amide, clathrate, stereoisomer, enantiomer, prodrug or analog thereof, wherein the antiandrogen is selected from the group consisting of bicalutamide, aminoglutethimide, ketoconazole, abiraterone acetate, enzalutamide, and apalutamide. ### Claim 11 (depends on 10) The pharmaceutical composition of claim 10 wherein the phenothiazine (PTH) antipsychotic is J54 and the antiandrogen is bicalutamide. ### Claim 12 (depends on 10) The pharmaceutical composition of claim 10 wherein the phenothiazine (PTH) antipsychotic is J3-66 and the antiandrogen is bicalutamide. ### Claim 13 (depends on 10) The pharmaceutical composition of claim 10 further comprising an excipient. ### Claim 14 (depends on 10) The pharmaceutical composition of claim 10 wherein the pharmaceutical composition is in the form of a tablet, a capsule, a liquid solution or suspension, a powder, a liquid, or solid crystals. ### Claim 15 A pharmaceutical composition for treating prostate cancer, the composition comprising: (a) a first therapeutic comprising a phenothiazine (PTH) antipsychotic, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, ester, amide, clathrate, stereoisomer, enantiomer, prodrug or analog thereof; and (b) a second therapeutic including an antiandrogen or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, ester, amide, clathrate, stereoisomer, enantiomer, prodrug or analog thereof, wherein the antiandrogen is selected from the group consisting of bicalutamide, aminoglutethimide, ketoconazole, abiraterone acetate, enzalutamide, and apalutamide. ### Claim 16 (depends on 15) The pharmaceutical composition of claim 15 wherein the phenothiazine (PTH) antipsychotic is selected from the group consisting of: Thioridazine (THD), Perphenazine (PPH), Trifloroperazine (TFP), Promazine (PMZ), 4-(2-(10H-phenothiazin-10-yl) ethyl) morpholine (J54), 10-methyl-10H-phenothiazine (J56), J3-50, J3-51, J3-54, J3-55, JS-56, J3-65, and J3-66. ### Claim 17 (depends on 16) The pharmaceutical composition of claim 16 wherein the phenothiazine (PTH) antipsychotic is J54 and the antiandrogen is bicalutamide. ### Claim 18 (depends on 10) The pharmaceutical composition of claim 10 wherein the phenothiazine (PTH) antipsychotic is J3-66 and the antiandrogen is bicalutamide. ### Claim 19 (depends on 10) The pharmaceutical composition of claim 10 further comprising an excipient. ### Claim 20 (depends on 10) The pharmaceutical composition of claim 10 wherein the pharmaceutical composition is in the form of a tablet, a capsule, a liquid solution or suspension, a powder, a liquid, or solid crystals.
