Mobility optimization control

An apparatus, comprising at least one processor and at least one memory, said at least one memory stored with computer program code thereon, the at least one memory and the computer program code configured to, with the at least one processor, cause the apparatus at least to:

• detect a radio frequency (RF) exposure limitation event,
• detect a mobility related event, and
• transmit, to a network node, a report message for mobility optimization, the report message being indicative of the mobility related event and comprising RF exposure limitation information of the RF exposure limitation event.

An apparatus, comprising at least one processor and at least one memory, said at least one memory stored with computer program code thereon, the at least one memory and the computer program code configured to, with the at least one processor, cause the apparatus at least to:

• receive a report message for mobility optimization, wherein the report message is indicative of a mobility related event experienced by a mobile device and comprises radio frequency (RF) exposure limitation information, and
• control mobility optimization in the wireless network on the basis of the RF exposure limitation information in the received report message.

A method for an apparatus comprising:

• detecting a radio frequency (RF) exposure limitation event,
• detecting a mobility related event, and
• transmitting, to a network node, a report message for mobility optimization, the report message being indicative of the mobility related event and comprising RF exposure limitation information of the RF exposure limitation event.
