Data Sending Method and Communication Apparatus

A communication device comprising:

• a memory configured to store instructions;
• and
• one or more processors coupled to the memory and configured to execute the instructions to cause the communication device to:
• determine a first sending rate based on multiple round-trip times (RTTs) of first probe packets sent at different fourth sending rates, wherein the first sending rate corresponds to a first RTT that is in the multiple RTTs and that is less than a first preset threshold;
• determine a second sending rate based on packet loss rates of second probe packets sent at different fifth sending rates, wherein the second sending rate corresponds to a first packet loss rate that is in the packet loss rates and that is less than a second preset threshold;
• and
• send a third probe packet at a third sending rate, wherein the third probe packet determines a sending interval of a first data packet, and wherein the third sending rate is a smaller value of the first sending rate and the second sending rate.

A computer program product comprising computer-executable instructions that are stored on a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium and that, when executed by one or more processors, cause a communication device to:

• determine a first sending rate based on multiple round-trip times (RTTs) of first probe packets sent at different fourth sending rates, wherein the first sending rate corresponds to a first RTT that is in the multiple RTTs and that is less than a first preset threshold;
• determine a second sending rate based on packet loss rates of second probe packets sent at different fifth sending rates, wherein the second sending rate corresponds to a first packet loss rate that is in the packet loss rates and that is less than a second preset threshold;
• and
• send a third probe packet at a third sending rate, wherein the third probe packet determines a sending interval of a first data packet, and wherein the third sending rate is a smaller value of the first sending rate and the second sending rate.
