- extracting genomic DNA from a biological sample obtained from a subject;
- treating the extracted genomic DNA with a bisulfite reagent;
- amplifying the bisulfite reagent-treated genomic DNA using primers specific for at least one CpG site in OSR2, FER1L4, CD1D, PRKCB, and/or CLEC11A;
- and
- amplifying the bisulfite reagent-treated genomic DNA using primers specific for at least one CpG site in SIM2, HOXA1, GRIND2, and/or ST8SIA1;
- and
- measuring a methylation level of the at least one CpG site in OSR2, FER1L4, CD1D, PRKCB, and/or CLEC11A, and measuring a methylation level of the at least one CpG site in CpG site in SIM2, HOXA1, GRIND2, and/or ST8SIA1.
