Abstract
Disclosed are bispecific synthetic aptamers and methods of their use for the detection of cell surface receptors and the treatment of cancer.
Claims21
A synthetic aptamer comprising a bispecific recognition domain targeting at least two cell surface receptors.
A method of detecting or visualizing a cell surface receptor in a subject, the method comprising contacting a synthetic aptamer and the cell surface receptor, wherein the synthetic aptamer comprises a bispecific recognition domain targeting said cell surface receptor.
A method of treating and preventing a cancer in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising administering a synthetic aptamer composition, wherein the synthetic aptamer comprises a bispecific recognition domain targeting at least two cell surface receptors, and wherein the synthetic aptamer enhances an antitumor response of an immune cell in the subject.
