A pharmaceutical composition for use in treating cancer, an inflammatory disease, an autoimmune disease, or a viral disease comprising a compound having the formula:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein R1 is selected from C1-4 alkanediyl, C1-4 heteroalkanediyl, substituted C1-4 alkanediyl, and substituted C1-4 heteroalkanediyl.
A pharmaceutical composition for use in treating acute lung injury, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, or cystic fibrosis comprising a compound having the formula:
