A compound of Formula I

• pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, deuterium substitutes thereof, isomers thereof, prodrugs thereof, and metabolites thereof, wherein
• R1, R2 or R10 is independently selected from hydrogen, halogen, and deuterium;
• Rx is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, deuterium, cyano, alkyl, alkenyl, and alkynyl;
• wherein the alkyl, alkenyl, or alkynyl is optionally substituted with 1 to 3 substituents each independently selected from the group consisting of deuterium, halogen, hydroxyl, cyano, and alkoxy;
• Rb is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, deuterium, halogen, and cyano;
• k=2, 3 or 4;
• B ring is a six-membered heteroaromatic ring containing N and is substituted with h number of Ra;
• Ra is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, deuterium, halogen, haloalkyl and alkyl;
• h=0, 1 or 2;
• X is C or N;
• and
• Y is selected from the group consisting of alkyl, Cl and Br.
