A compound of formula (I)
- or a stereoisomer or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:
- G1 represents a nitrogen atom or a —CH— group;
- when G1 is nitrogen atom group, R1 is selected from
- a) carbonyl containing groups selected from the group consisting of a1) linear or branched C3-C6 acyl or C3-C6 cycloalkyl-C(═O), all of them optionally substituted by 1 substituent selected from the group consisting of halogen atoms, cyano (C≡N), trifluoromethoxy (OCF3), and C1-C6 alkoxy, a2) trifluoroacetyl, 3,3,3-trifluoropropionyl, tetrahydropyrancarbonyl, oxetanecarbonyl or (tetrahydro-2H-thiopyran)carbonyl, and a3) C6-C14-arylcarbonyl or C4-C14-heteroarylcarbonyl wherein the heteroaryl group has 5 to 14 members and 1 to 3 heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of N, O and S in the ring system, all of them optionally substituted by 1 to 4 substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen atoms, cyano (C≡N), trifluoromethyl (CF3), trifluoromethoxy (OCF3), pentafluorosulfanyl (SF5), sulfonyl (SO3H), carboxylic group (COOH), ester group (COOR4), amino (NH2), mono-C1-C6 alkylamino, di-C1-C6 alkylamino, hydroxyl, C1-C6 alkoxy and C1-C6 alkyl;
- b) phenyl which may be optionally substituted by 1 to 4 substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen atoms, C1-C6 acyl, cyano (C≡N), trifluoromethyl (CF3), trifluoromethoxy (OCF3), pentafluorosulfanyl (SF5), sulfonyl (SO3H), fluorosulfonyl (SO2F), carboxylic group (COOH), ester group (COOR4), amino (NH2), mono-C1-C6 alkylamino, di-C1-C6 alkylamino, hydroxyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, C1-C6 alkyl, C3-C6 cycloalkyl and C1-C6 alkoxycarbonylmethyl, and
- c) sulfonyl containing groups selected from the group consisting of linear or branched C1-C6 alkylsulfonyl, C3-C6 cycloalkylsulfonyl, and C6-C10 arylsulfonyl optionally substituted by 1 to 2 substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen atoms, nitro (NO2), cyano (C≡N), trifluoromethyl (CF3), trifluoromethoxy (OCF3), pentafluorosulfanyl (SF5), sulfonyl (SO3H), carboxylic group (COOH), ester group (COOR4), amino (NH2), mono-C1-C6 alkylamino, di-C1-C6 alkylamino, hydroxyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, C1-C6 alkyl and C1-C6 alkoxycarbonylmethyl;
