A training device with intelligent regulation of the origin position, wherein comprises:

• a frame body, with a driving device provided on one side of the interior of the frame body;
• and
• the driving device comprises an electric motor, with a rotating rod provided in fixed connection with one end of an output shaft of the electric motor by means of a coupling;
• a rotating assembly, provided at one end of the rotating rod;
• and the rotating assembly comprises a rotating sleeve, with a positioning sleeve provided at one end of a rotating rod and on a side opposite the rotating sleeve;
• an extension rope, wrapped around the surface of the rotating sleeve, with one end of the extension rope provided in connection with a connection terminal, and one end of the connection terminal provided with a handle;
• a housing, provided on the surface of the frame body, and the surface of the housing is provided with buttons and an LCD screen respectively, and the housing is provided inside with a control board;
• the control board is provided in connection with a driving board on one side, and the driving board is provided in connection with the motor through a connection line on one side;
• the control board is provided in connection with a Bluetooth board on one side.
