A method for treating an advanced solid tumor in a human patient, comprising administering to said patient BT1718, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, twice weekly at a dose of about 4.8-9.6 mg/m2 by intravenous infusion.
A method for treating an advanced solid tumor in a human patient, comprising administering to said patient BT1718, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, once a week at a dose of about 15-20 mg/m2 by intravenous infusion.
