Provided herein are methods and customized media compositions for culturing CIK NKT cells.
Claims20
A population of CIK NKT cells, wherein greater than 50% of the cells in the population express CD 56 and CD3 and less than 10% of the cells in the population express Va24.
A kit for culturing CIK NKT cells from a blood sample, the kit comprises i) IL-7, ii) ALT-803 or IL-15, iii) FLT3 ligand, and iv) Gal-Cer.
A cell culture mixture comprising mononuclear cells and i) IL-7, ii) ALT-803 or IL-15, iii) FLT3 ligand, and iv) Gal-Cer.
