Abstract
This invention relates to compositions and methods for improving plant health, wherein a plant is heterologously disposed to one or more endophytes, or derived from a plant element heterologously disposed to one or more endophytes.
Claims152
A synthetic composition, comprising one or more endophytes heterologously disposed to a treatment formulation, wherein the one or more endophytes comprise at least one polynucleotide sequence that is at least 97% identical to SEQ ID NO. 127, and the genomes of the one or more endophytes comprise one or more open reading frames encoding proteins whose amino acid sequences are at least 97% identical to one or more of SEQ ID NOs. 128-131.
A synthetic composition, comprising one or more endophytes heterologously disposed to a treatment formulation, wherein the one or more endophytes comprise at least one polynucleotide sequence that is at least 97% identical to SEQ ID NO. 132, and the genomes of the one or more endophytes comprise one or more open reading frames encoding proteins whose amino acid sequences are at least 97% identical to one or more of SEQ ID NOs. 133-136, wherein the treatment formulation comprises a solid carrier and adherent.
A synthetic composition, comprising one or more endophytes heterologously disposed to a treatment formulation, wherein the one or more endophytes comprise at least one polynucleotide sequence that is at least 97% identical to SEQ ID NO. 27, and the genomes of the one or more endophytes comprise one or more open reading frames encoding proteins whose amino acid sequences are at least 97% identical to one or more of SEQ ID NOs. 28-31.
A synthetic composition, comprising one or more endophytes heterologously disposed to a treatment formulation, wherein the one or more endophytes comprise at least one polynucleotide sequence that is at least 97% identical to SEQ ID NO. 32 or SEQ ID NOs. 59-94, and the genomes of the one or more endophytes comprise one or more open reading frames encoding proteins whose amino acid sequences are at least 97% identical to one or more of SEQ ID NOs. 95-127.
A method of improving plant health, comprising applying a one or more heterologously disposed endophytes to a plant element, wherein the one or more endophytes comprise at least one polynucleotide sequence that is at least 97% identical to SEQ ID NO. 127, and the genomes of the one or more endophytes comprise one or more open reading frames encoding proteins whose amino acid sequences are at least 97% identical to one or more of SEQ ID NOs. 128-131.
A method of improving plant health, comprising applying a one or more heterologously disposed endophytes to a plant element, wherein the one or more endophytes comprise at least one polynucleotide sequence that is at least 97% identical to SEQ ID NO. 132, and the genomes of the one or more endophytes comprise one or more open reading frames encoding proteins whose amino acid sequences are at least 97% identical to one or more of SEQ ID NOs. 133-136.
A method of improving plant health, comprising applying a one or more heterologously disposed endophytes to a plant element, wherein the one or more endophytes comprise at least one polynucleotide sequence that is at least 97% identical to SEQ ID NO. 27, and the genomes of the one or more endophytes comprise one or more open reading frames encoding proteins whose amino acid sequences are at least 97% identical to one or more of SEQ ID NOs. 28-31.
A method of improving plant health, comprising applying a one or more heterologously disposed endophytes to a plant element, wherein the one or more endophytes comprise at least one polynucleotide sequence that is at least 97% identical to SEQ ID NO. 32 or SEQ ID NOs. 59-94, and the genomes of the one or more endophytes comprise one or more open reading frames encoding proteins whose amino acid sequences are at least 97% identical to one or more of SEQ ID NOs. 95-127.
