Apparatus and method for highly utilized cell identification

An apparatus for identifying utilized cells within a network based on one or more key performance indicators, the apparatus comprising:

• a memory storage storing computer-executable instructions;
• and
• a processor communicatively coupled to the memory storage, wherein the processor is configured to execute the computer-executable instructions and cause the apparatus to:
• receive, from a user, a first key performance indicator (KPI) data with respect to a cell within the network;
• receive, from the user, a first criteria with respect to the first KPI data;
• determine if the first KPI data meets the first criteria;
• and
• identify whether the cell is a highly utilized cell based on whether the first KPI is determined to meet the first criteria.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium comprising computer-executable instructions for identifying utilized cells within a network based on one or more key performance indicators by an apparatus, wherein the computer-executable instructions, when executed by at least one processor of the apparatus, cause the apparatus to:

• receive first key performance indicator (KPI) data with respect to a cell within the network;
• receive a first criteria with respect to the first KPI data;
• determine if the first KPI data meets the first criteria;
• and
• identify whether the cell is a highly utilized cell based on whether the first KPI is determined to meet the first criteria.
