Abstract
A transparent conductive film containing an alkali tungsten bronze is provided. The alkali tungsten bronze exhibits a pattern of a hexagonal crystal as a powder X-ray diffraction pattern and is free of shift to an orthorhombic crystal, a trigonal crystal, and a pyrochlore phase.
Claims15
A transparent conductive film, comprising:
- an alkali tungsten bronze,
- wherein the alkali tungsten bronze exhibits a pattern of a hexagonal crystal as powder X-ray diffraction pattern, and is free of shift to an orthorhombic crystal, a trigonal crystal, and a pyrochlore phase.
A method for producing a transparent conductive film, the method comprising:
- forming a thermally untreated film containing elements constituting an alkali tungsten bronze on a surface of a base material;
- and
- thermally treating the thermally untreated film,
- wherein the forming is performed under a film formation condition under which water does not intrude into an interior of the thermally untreated film.
