Abstract
An electronic device including a housing, a display panel with a flexible substrate, and a flexible printed circuit, in which the housing comprises a flat surface and a side surface comprising a curved region, the display panel comprises a first region that overlaps with the flat surface and a second region that overlaps with the side surface, the display panel comprises a convex portion that comprises a region overlapping with a flexible printed circuit, and the display panel comprises a display portion in the first region and the second region.

A display panel comprising a substrate,
- wherein the display panel comprises a first display region, a second display region, and a third display region,
- wherein the first display region comprises a first side and a second side forming a first corner portion of the first display region,
- wherein the second display region is in contact with the first side and a width of a direction parallel to the first side of the second display region has a same length as the first side,
- wherein the third display region is in contact with the second side and a width of a direction parallel to the second side of the third display region has a same length as the second side, and
- wherein the substrate comprises a notch portion in a region facing the first display region with the first corner portion therebetween.
