Abstract
A device displays a plurality of selectable user interface objects that includes one or more folder icons on a display. The device detects a first input requesting to select a folder icon for a folder that includes selectable icons divided between a plurality of distinct separately displayed pages of a folder view. In response to detecting the first input, the device displays a first page of the folder view. While displaying the first page of the folder view, the device detects a second input that corresponds to a request to display a second page of the folder view. In response to detecting the second input, the device ceases to display the first page and displays the second page of the folder view.

An electronic device comprising:
- one or more displays;
- one or more processors;
- and
- memory storing one or more programs configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more programs including instructions for:
- displaying, via the one or more displays, a first folder icon representative of a first folder, wherein:
- the first folder includes a first plurality of selectable icons arranged in a first arrangement;
- and
- the folder icon includes reduced scale representations of the first plurality of selectable icons arranged in the first arrangement;
- while displaying the first folder icon representative of the first folder, detecting a first input that corresponds to a request to select the first folder icon representative of the first folder;
- and
- in response to detecting the first input, displaying, via the one or more displays, an animated transition from displaying the first folder icon representative of the first folder to displaying a folder view corresponding to the first folder, including:
- displaying, via the one or more displays, enlargement of the first folder icon, including displaying enlargement of the reduced scale representations of the first plurality of selectable icons arranged in the first arrangement.
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium comprising one or more programs configured to be executed by one or more processors of an electronic device having one or more displays, the one or more programs including instructions for:
- displaying, via the one or more displays, a first folder icon representative of a first folder, wherein:
- the first folder includes a first plurality of selectable icons arranged in a first arrangement;
- and
- the folder icon includes reduced scale representations of the first plurality of selectable icons arranged in the first arrangement;
- while displaying the first folder icon representative of the first folder, detecting a first input that corresponds to a request to select the first folder icon representative of the first folder;
- and
- in response to detecting the first input, displaying, via the one or more displays, an animated transition from displaying the first folder icon representative of the first folder to displaying a folder view corresponding to the first folder, including:
- displaying, via the one or more displays, enlargement of the first folder icon, including displaying enlargement of the reduced scale representations of the first plurality of selectable icons arranged in the first arrangement.
A method, comprising:
- at an electronic device with one or more displays:
- displaying, via the one or more displays, a first folder icon representative of a first folder, wherein:
- the first folder includes a first plurality of selectable icons arranged in a first arrangement;
- and
- the folder icon includes reduced scale representations of the first plurality of selectable icons arranged in the first arrangement;
- while displaying the first folder icon representative of the first folder, detecting a first input that corresponds to a request to select the first folder icon representative of the first folder;
- and
- in response to detecting the first input, displaying, via the one or more displays, an animated transition from displaying the first folder icon representative of the first folder to displaying a folder view corresponding to the first folder, including:
- displaying, via the one or more displays, enlargement of the first folder icon, including displaying enlargement of the reduced scale representations of the first plurality of selectable icons arranged in the first arrangement.
