Abstract
A thermally-conductive phase-change composition is described that includes a polyfunctional group modified polysiloxane as a base polymer and a thermally-conductive filler, wherein the polyfunctional group modified polysiloxane can be a polysiloxane modified by a polyether functional group and a functional group having antioxidant properties. Also described, is a thermally-conductive phase-change product obtained from the composition.

A thermally-conductive phase-change composition comprising a polyfunctional group modified polysiloxane as a base polymer and a thermally-conductive filler, wherein the polyfunctional group modified polysiloxane is a polysiloxane modified by a polyether functional group and a functional group having antioxidant properties.
