Abstract
Methods and system for protein characterization using online chromatography and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry are provided.
Claims16
A method for characterizing an antigen-antibody complex, said method comprising:
- contacting a sample including the antigen-antibody complex to a chromatographic system having a size-exclusion chromatography resin;
- washing said size-exclusion chromatography resin using a mobile phase to provide an eluent including the antigen-antibody complex;
- and
- characterizing the antigen-antibody complex in said eluent using an electrospray ionization mass spectrometer under native conditions.
