Abstract
A robot includes a base; a first arm rotatably connected to the base around a first rotation axis; and a second arm rotatably connected to the first arm around a second rotation axis parallel to the first rotation axis, wherein the second arm includes an arm base and a cover configured to attach to and detach from the arm base and the cover includes a cover main body that covers an upper portion of the arm base and a covering section that protrudes downward from the cover main body and that covers a portion of a side surface of the arm base.

A robot comprising:
- a base;
- a first arm rotatably connected to the base around a first rotation axis;
- and
- a second arm rotatably connected to the first arm around a second rotation axis parallel to the first rotation axis, wherein
- the second arm includes an arm base and a cover configured to attach to and detach from the arm base and
- the cover includes
- a cover main body that covers an upper portion of the arm base and
- a covering section that protrudes downward from the cover main body and that covers a portion of a side surface of the arm base.
