Abstract
A swimming pacing system is provided and includes at least one visual indicator connectable to a pool line extending between opposite pool edges of a swimming pool. Each visual indicator has an indicator housing and a light source received in the indicator housing, a controller operatively connected to the at least one visual indicator to control activation of the light source in accordance with a desired pattern or sequence.

A swimming pacing system comprising:
- at least one visual indicator attachable to a pool line extending between opposite pool edges of a swimming pool, each visual indicator including an indicator housing and a light source received in the indicator housing;
- a controller operatively connected to the at least one visual indicator to control activation of the light source in accordance with a desired pattern or sequence.
