Abstract
Provided for example is a method for producing a resin foam product with an internal cavity, the method including: preparing a composition including a curable material and a foaming agent; forming a resin structure with an internal cavity communicating with an outer space by curing the composition; blowing a fluid to the resin structure; and fabricating the resin foam product by foaming the resin structure with the fluid blown thereto.

A method for producing a resin foam product with an internal cavity, the method comprising:
- preparing a composition comprising a curable material and a foaming agent;
- forming a resin structure with an internal cavity communicating with an outer space by curing the composition;
- blowing a fluid to the resin structure;
- and
- fabricating the resin foam product by foaming the resin with the fluid blown thereto.
A resin foam product with an internal cavity, the resin foam product produced by a method of producing a resin foam product comprising:
- preparing a composition comprising a curable material and a foaming agent;
- forming a resin structure with an internal cavity communicating with an outer space by curing the composition;
- blowing a fluid to the resin structure;
- and
- fabricating the resin foam product by foaming the resin structure with the fluid blown thereto.
A resin foam product with an internal cavity, wherein
- in a cross section surface of the resin foam product along any one of three planes orthogonal to one another, a band area comprising a resin portion and a bubble portion and a linear area comprising only a resin portion are alternately and repeatedly layered on each other.
