The present disclosure provides an inflatable costume. The inflatable costume includes a main body and an elastic inner sleeve. The main body includes a head part and a body part. The head part is provided with a first opening. The elastic inner sleeve is connected to the head part, and is configured to adapt to heads with different sizes. Through the above structure, when a user puts on the inflatable costume, the face of the user can be exposed due to the arrangement of the first opening.
