User-specific workflow for tracking documents at scale

An apparatus for outputting search results, comprising:

• a memory;
• and
• at least one processor coupled to the memory and configured to:
• receive, through a user interface, an indication for one or more filters that provide at least one of user-specific search results or organization-specific search results in response to a search query, the one or more filters applied to an initial set of data associated with execution of the search query;
• receive, through the user interface, user input for the execution of the search query and for generation of the initial set of data;
• filter the initial set of data using the one or more filters indicated via the user interface;
• and
• output, in response to the execution of the search query, the at least one of the user-specific search results or the organization-specific search results filtered based on the one or more filters.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing computer executable code, the code when executed by a processor causes the processor to:

• receive, through a user interface, an indication for one or more filters that provide at least one of user-specific search results or organization-specific search results in response to a search query, the one or more filters applied to an initial set of data associated with execution of the search query;
• receive, through the user interface, user input for the execution of the search query and for generation of the initial set of data;
• filter the initial set of data using the one or more filters indicated via the user interface;
• and
• output, in response to the execution of the search query, the at least one of the user-specific search results or the organization-specific search results filtered based on the one or more filters.
