Heat transferring device and heat transferring component thereof

A heat transferring device comprising:

• a heat transferring component in a shape of pouch and comprising at least one input end and at least one output end to allow a fluid to be inputted and outputted;
• a hollow shell disposed on an exterior of the heat transferring component;
• a lower plate comprising at least one first perforation;
• and
• an upper plate comprising at least one second perforation, wherein an end of the hollow shell is connected to the lower plate and another end of the hollow shell is connected to the upper plate,
• wherein the heat transferring component further comprises at least one protrusion on the periphery, and the protrusion is fixed on an end of the hollow shell through at least one fastener.

A heat transferring component for a heat transferring device, wherein the heat transferring device comprises:

• a lower plate comprising at least one first perforation;
• a sleeve disposed on and surrounding an exterior of the heat transferring component to restrict the shape and a position of the heat transferring component,
• wherein an end of the sleeve is connected to the lower plate;
• and
• at least one support rod connected to the lower plate,
• wherein the heat transferring component comprises at least one protrusion and a flow channel, wherein the protrusion is disposed on the periphery of the heat transferring component, and the flow channel allows a fluid to be inputted and outputted, wherein the flow channel is in the shape selected from the group consisting of H-shape, M-shape/W-shape, S-shape, V-shape, regular shape, unregular shape, U-shape, N-shape/Z-shape, inlet-and-outlet-on-center shape and inlet-and-outlet-on-sides shape.
