Abstract
The present disclosure provides methods of treating various conditions, diseases, and/or disorders in a subject in need thereof by administering a composition that comprises a protein having hyaluronidase, collagenase, and/or 4-methylumbelliferone (4-MU) activity, with or without one or more additional active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). The various conditions, diseases, and/or disorders comprise edema, inflammation, eyelid puffiness/fullness, fibrosis, and remyelinating axons. Also provided are methods of assessing peri-orbital puffiness in a subject.

A method of treating edema in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising administering a composition that comprises a protein having hyaluronidase activity to a region of the subject having edema.
A method of reducing edema in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising administering a composition that comprises a protein having hyaluronidase activity to the region of the subject having edema, wherein the administration of the composition reduces severity of the edema.
