Abstract
Provided is a surveillance system, including: a trailer having wheels, a mast, and a trailer towing coupler; a camera coupled to the mast; a cellular modem communicatively coupled to the camera and operative to transmit video captured by the camera; a command center server operative to remotely receive and store data describing operation of a fluid-handling device and to receive the transmitted video and send the video to a user in response to a request from a web browser of the user; a power storage device; and a solar panel coupled to the power storage device such that the solar panel charges the power storage device.
Claims31
A surveillance system, comprising:
- a camera at a first location;
- a computer communicatively coupled to the camera;
- a modem at the first location communicatively coupled to the computer communicatively coupled to the camera and operative to transmit video information on a first network, the video information comprising one or more images captured by the camera;
- a server at a second location communicatively coupled to the modem via a second network, the server comprising a storage medium storing instructions that, when executed, effectuate operations comprising:
- receiving, via the server, a request from a user computing device;
- and
- sending the video information to the server at the second location access account;
- and
- first location.

The surveillance system of claim 21, wherein the operations further comprise:
- receiving at the server from the user computing device instructions to move the camera according to at least one direction in accordance with the two degrees of freedom;
- and
- transmitting that instruction to the computer at the first location.
A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions that, when executed, effectuate operations comprising:
- receiving, with a computer at a first location, video information captured from a camera communicatively coupled to the computer and located at the first location;
- transmitting the video information, with the computer over a first network, to one or more computing devices connected to the first network;
- receiving, at the computer, a request for the video information sent by a server located at a second location, wherein the request corresponds to a user command from a user computing device requesting access to the video information and control over the camera;
- confirming that the user computing device is authorized to access the video information and control the camera;
- transmitting the video information to the user computing device;
- and
- granting control of the camera to the user computing device.
