Abstract
This invention was created as an answer to extracting energy from wave power. Although many attempts were made over the centuries to accomplish this task effectively, none are close to the desired efficiency of other renewable energy sources. Much energy and time has gone into this design to make it able to cope with hurricanes and severe storms, and is described near the end of the detailed description portion. Because some parts of the device deal with new concepts, it's usually best to take one section at a time and get used to it, before moving onto the next part of the description. I believe I have finally created a method that will solve the problem of extracting substantial amounts of energy present in this resource.
Claims4
A method of capturing wave energy by surging or stopping the wave momentum creating flowing water that the resulting pressure and volume of water can be used to do useful work.
Creating useful energy by the use of specially designed plates that surge and move rather than reflect the waves away as part of a wall.
The ability to deposit liquid below the liquid's natural level (the level being determined with or without waves) without the normal resistance or backpressure to the direction that the liquid is traveling, accomplished through the use of wave energy from the motion of the fluid within and under the waves, thus gaining head height (or potential energy).
Ability to gather energy from unwanted movement associated with waves by the use of low pressure and/or turbulence caused by water movement on and under the surface, this same process can also be used to help stabilize boats and other floating structures not only from the rolling motion but the up and down motion common on vessels at sea.
