Walk behind power tools

A handle adjustment mechanism configured for use with a walk behind power tool, the handle adjustment mechanism comprising:

• a handle configured to be coupled to a working tool housing of the power tool, the handle comprising a first shaft, a second shaft, and a grip portion extending between the first shaft and the second shaft;
• a handle adjustment grip;
• at least one cable coupled to the handle adjustment grip at a first end and coupled to a locking wedge at a second end;
• and
• a spring,
• wherein engagement of the handle adjustment grip in a first direction enables a position of the handle to be moved relative to the working tool housing of the power tool.

A method of adjusting a handle of a walk behind power tool, the method comprising steps of:

• providing a walk behind power tool, the power tool comprising a working tool housing, a handle coupled to the housing, and a handle adjustment system configured to enable the handle to move between different positions relative to the housing;
• engaging a handle adjustment grip of the handle adjustment system in a first direction;
• pulling a cable coupled to the handle adjustment grip in the first direction;
• disengaging a locking wedge of the handle adjustment system from a locked position by pulling with the cable;
• and
• pivoting the handle relative to the housing.
