System and Method for Mobile Geofencing

A system for mobile media geofencing, the system comprising:

• a communications subsystem having an interface to accept mobile media data including mobile media unit geographic location and mobile media unit media message projection information;
• a map module comprising a map of predetermined geographic locations;
• a mobile target module for accepting mobile media data including geographic location information for mobile media units, and positioning mobile media units on the map;
• and,
• a geofencing module creating geofence boundaries on the map around the mobile media unit geographic locations, and cross-referencing the geofence boundaries to the media projection information.

A system for aerial mobile center geofencing, the system comprising:

• an aircraft comprising:
• a location subsystem to determine aircraft geographic location;
• a communication subsystem to receive instructions and transmit geographic location information;
• a controller node comprising:
• a communications subsystem to send instructions to the aircraft, receive geographic location information from the aircraft, and to rely the aircraft geographic location information to an analysis node;
• the analysis node comprising:
• a communications subsystem for receiving the relayed aircraft geographic location information;
• a map module comprising a map of geographic locations;
• a mobile target module for accepting aircraft geographic location information and positioning the aircraft on the map;
• and,
• a geofencing module creating geofence boundaries on the map around the aircraft geographic location.
