A board consisting at least of a substrate formed at least of a gypsum-based and/or cement-based basic material layer. The board is provided with a chamfer extending through the basic material layer.

A panel for interior decorative use, comprising:
- a basic material layer defined by a cement-based substrate;
- a top layer giving a decorative appearance to the panel and located on a surface of the cement-based substrate;
- wherein the basic material layer comprises metal soap.
A panel for interior decorative use, comprising:
- a basic material layer defined by a cement-based substrate;
- a top layer giving a decorative appearance to the panel and located on a surface of the cement-based substrate;
- wherein the basic material layer comprises an additive selected from the list of a hydrophobic powder on the basis of silane or silicone resin, a silicate with hydrophobic features, a lithium silicate, a silane, a siloxane.
