Abstract
A connector product comprises a conduit connected to a device, a connector for connecting the conduit to a device, and a device having a port for connection to a conduit.
Claims21
A connector, comprising:
- a body including a proximal end, a distal end, an outer surface and a lumen extending there through, the proximal end being configured to be located at a distal end of a first device, the distal end of the body defining an opening for fluid flow and including at least one barb configured for attachment to a second device.
A connector product, comprising:
- a connector including a proximal end, a distal end, an outer surface and a lumen extending there through, the proximal end being configured to be located at a distal end of a first device, the distal end of the connector defining an opening for fluid flow and including at least one barb;
- and
- a second device having a port including a proximal end, a distal end, and a lumen extending there through, the port proximal end being configured to mate with the connector, the port having a rib wherein the rib is configured to engage the barb of the connector so as to detachably secure the connector to the port.
