Abstract
A method includes accessing messages stored in a publishing system, wherein the messages are derived from Call Trace messages and are stored in a vendor and technology agnostic manner; starting a cell fragment based on a starting type message for a call; linking associated messages for the call to the cell fragment; ending the cell fragment based on an ending type message for the call; and utilizing the cell fragment for creating a Call Data Record (CDR) of the call.
Claims20
A method comprising steps of:
- accessing messages stored in a publishing system, wherein the messages are derived from Call Trace messages and are stored in a vendor and technology agnostic manner;
- starting a cell fragment based on a starting type message for a call;
- linking associated messages for the call to the cell fragment;
- ending the cell fragment based on an ending type message for the call;
- and
- utilizing the cell fragment for creating a Call Data Record (CDR) of the call.
A processing system comprising:
- one or more processors;
- and
- memory storing instructions for programming the one or more processors to access messages stored in a publishing system, wherein the messages are derived from Call Trace messages and are stored in a vendor and technology agnostic manner;
- start a cell fragment based on a starting type message for a call;
- link associated messages for the call to the cell fragment;
- end the cell fragment based on an ending type message for the call;
- and
- utilize the cell fragment for creating a Call Data Record (CDR) of the call.
A non-transitory computer-readable medium comprising instructions for programming one or more processors to perform steps of:
- accessing messages stored in a publishing system, wherein the messages are derived from Call Trace messages and are stored in a vendor and technology agnostic manner;
- starting a cell fragment based on a starting type message for a call;
- linking associated messages for the call to the cell fragment;
- ending the cell fragment based on an ending type message for the call;
- and
- utilizing the cell fragment for creating a Call Data Record (CDR) of the call.
