System and methods for automated collection, aggregation, distribution, display, and recording of alert related information

A system for automating the collection, aggregation, distribution, and display of alert information, comprising:

• a mapping module arranged to receive alert information regarding a critical incident for a computer, telecommunications, or electrical system and standardize the format of the alert information, the mapping module comprising:
• a search component for automated searching of accessible systems and databases for relevant information for the critical incident and retrieving such relevant information;
• an aggregating component that aggregates the alert information and relevant information into a persistent arrangement that maps the alert information and relevant information to the source of the information;
• a presentation formatting module for formatting persistent arrangement that maps the alert information and relevant information to the source of the information into a visual data presentation for display across multiple display devices;
• a distribution module for distributing the visual data presentation to one or more endpoints;
• and
• one or more display devices for displaying the visual data presentation at the one or more end-points.
