Abstract
The present invention provides a method for treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), associated conditions and symptoms. In particular, the method includes administering to a subject suffering from or susceptible to NAFLD a composition including therapeutic nucleic acids to reduce G protein-coupled receptor 110 (GPR110) expression in liver. The present invention also provides a pharmaceutical composition for treating NALFD or alleviating conditions and symptoms associated therewith.

A method for treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), conditions and symptoms associated therewith comprising administering to a subject a composition comprising therapeutic nucleic acids to reduce G protein-coupled receptor 110 (GPR110) expression in liver of the subject.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising therapeutic nucleic acids to reduce G protein-coupled receptor 110 (GPR110) expression in liver of a subject in need thereof for treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), conditions and symptoms associated therewith.
