Abstract
A corner block for supporting a builder's line mounted between posts is described, the corner block comprising a body for receiving the builder's line in use; a pair of gripping members, each gripping member having a gripping face engageable with surfaces of one of the posts in use; and a magnet mounted in the body so as to be associated with at least one of the pair of gripping faces, wherein the magnet has a magnetic force sufficient to attract it to the material of the post to which the gripping faces are applied in use.
Claims20
A corner block for supporting a builder's line mounted between posts, the corner block comprising:
- a body for receiving the builder's line in use;
- a pair of gripping members, each gripping member having a gripping face engageable with surfaces of one of the posts in use;
- and
- a magnet mounted in the body so as to be associated with at least one of the pair of gripping faces, wherein the magnet has a magnetic force sufficient to attract it to the material of the post to which the gripping faces are applied in use.
The corner block according to claim 15, wherein an intermediate reinforcing fin is provided along the axis of the body intermediate the first outer fin and the second outer fin.
