Estimation system, estimation method, and recording medium

An estimation method for estimating a three-dimensional optical property of an object, comprising:

• performing an estimation process using both first wave front information and second wave front information to estimate the three-dimensional optical property of the object, the three-dimensional optical property being a refractive index distribution or an absorbance distribution, the first wave front information being information on a wave front that is obtained based on first illumination light that has passed through the object, the second wave front information being information on a wave front that is obtained based on second illumination light that has passed through the object, and the wavelength at which the intensity of the second illumination light is highest being shorter than the wavelength at which the intensity of the first illumination light is highest.

A computer-readable recording medium storing a program configured to cause a computer having a memory and a processor to perform an estimation process, wherein

• the estimation process estimates a three-dimensional optical property of an object, the three-dimensional optical property being a refractive index distribution or an absorbance distribution, and
• the program is configured to cause the processor to read out first wave front information and second wave front information from the memory and to perform the estimation process using the first wave front information and the second wave front information, the first wave front information being information on a wave front that is obtained based on first illumination light that has passed through the object, the second wave front information being information on a wave front that is obtained based on second illumination light that has passed through the object, and the wavelength at which the intensity of the second illumination light is highest being shorter than the wavelength at which the intensity of the first illumination light is highest.
