Abstract
The present invention provides secretome derived from human oral mucosa stem cells (hOMSC), and cell-free compositions comprising hOMSC-derived secretome. Methods for obtaining, manipulating and using hOMSC-derived secretome in therapy, cosmetics and tissue regeneration are also provided.

A method of treating a disease or disorder comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a cell-free pharmaceutical composition comprising substances secreted from human oral mucosa stem cells (hOMSC-derived secretome), together with at least one carrier, excipient, or diluent, wherein the method involves tissue remodeling, tissue repair or tissue regeneration.
