A method of treating obesity, nonalcohol-related fatty liver disease, nonalcoholic steatohepatitis, or hepatocellular cancer in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of at least one siRNA molecule that inhibits expression of SPTBN1.
A method of treating obesity, nonalcohol-related fatty liver disease, nonalcoholic steatohepatitis, or hepatocellular cancer in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of at least one siRNA molecule that inhibits expression of SPTBN1, wherein at least one of the siRNA molecules that inhibits expression of SPTBN1 is homologous with at least 10 nucleotides of SEQ ID No. 7, SEQ ID No. 8, SEQ ID No. 9, or SEQ ID No. 10.
A method of treating obesity, nonalcohol-related fatty liver disease, nonalcoholic steatohepatitis, or hepatocellular cancer in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of at least one siRNA molecule that inhibits expression of SPTBN1, wherein at least one of the siRNA molecules that inhibits expression of SPTBN1 has at least 90% sequence identity with SEQ ID No. 7, SEQ ID No. 8, SEQ ID No. 9, or SEQ ID No. 10.
