Abstract
The present disclosure includes novel DNAse1 and/or DNAse1L3 constructs with improved in vivo half-lives, enzymatic stability, and/or developability properties.
Claims20
A construct, wherein the construct comprises a polypeptide comprising:
- a DNAse domain, wherein the DNAse domain comprises a DNAse1 domain or a DNAse1L3 domain;
- and
- an Fc domain, wherein the Fc domain comprises one or more amino acid residue modifications for enhanced endosomal recycling relative to a human immunoglobulin Fc domain.
