• i) the heavy chain variable region comprises HCDR1, HCDR2, and HCDR3 having identical sequences to those of a heavy chain variable region set forth in SEQ ID NO:
• 8, and the light chain variable region comprises LCDR1, LCDR2, and LCDR3 having identical sequences to those of a light chain variable region set forth in SEQ ID NO:
• 9;
• ii) the heavy chain variable region comprises HCDR1, HCDR2, and HCDR3 having identical sequences to those of a heavy chain variable region set forth in SEQ ID NO:
• 6, and the light chain variable region comprises LCDR1, LCDR2, and LCDR3 having identical sequences to those of a light chain variable region set forth in SEQ ID NO:
• 7;
• ii-i) the heavy chain variable region comprises HCDR1, HCDR2, and HCDR3 having identical sequences to those of a heavy chain variable region set forth in SEQ ID NO:
• 69, and the light chain variable region comprises LCDR1, LCDR2, and LCDR3 having identical sequences to those of a light chain variable region set forth in SEQ ID NO:
