Abstract
Novel compounds inhibiting ATR protein kinase include compounds of formula (I) disclosed herein, as well as liposome formulations comprising ATR protein kinase inhibitor compounds. The compositions are useful for the treatment of cancer.

A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of formula (Ia), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:
- R′ is NRaRb, wherein Ra and Rb are each independently C1-C4alkyl;
- and a pharmaceutically acceptable medium.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of the formula of Compound 5, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable medium.
