Benzamides of pyrazolylamino- pyrimidinyl derivatives, and compositions and methods thereof

A compound having the structural formula (I):

• wherein
• X is N or CRX, wherein RX is R′, halogen, CN or OR′;
• each of Z1 and Z2 is independently selected from N and CR′, provided that one of Z1 and Z2 is N and the other is CR′;
• R1 is CH3;
• R2 is a six-membered cyclic aliphatic group comprising a N or O, wherein the aliphatic group is substituted with one or more C1-C3 alkyl groups;
• R3 is R′, halogen or CN;
• R4′ is H;
• R4 is —CHR″-R5, wherein R″ is H or a C1-C6 alkyl and R5 is a CN or CF3;
• and
• R′ is hydrogen or a C1-C3 unsubstituted or substituted alkyl group, or a pharmaceutically acceptable form or an isotope derivative thereof.
